We are doing all we can to keep our network running and new customers coming on board. The majority of our office staff are working from home and the teams that work in the field are doing so in accordance with social distancing rules and government guidelines.

Our Service Delivery Team will need to ask if anyone at the property has symptoms, is self-isolating or is a high risk in order to protect our field teams and yourselves. We also ask that you also follow social distancing guidelines if/when a member of the team attends the property. Unfortunately for our teams out in the field, this does mean they cannot accept any tea/coffee from you!
