How do I modify my Direct Debit details

Help and Support > Billing & Payments > Direct Debits
To modify a direct debit on your account, follow these 5 steps:
1.    Login to the customer portal
2.    Hover over the ‘Account’ menu and then click on ‘Account and Payment Settings’
3.    Click on ‘Add Bank Account’, this will then direct you to the Direct Debit Form. Please note, you first have to add a new bank account and then you will be able to delete the old one.
4.    Fill out the Direct Debit Form and click ‘Set up Direct Debit’. 
5.    Delete your previous bank account details and double check the correct ones are showing in your account. You will then shortly receive an email confirmation. Please note it can take up to 5 working days for the Direct Debit to set up.
