How do I set up a Direct Debit

Help and Support > Billing & Payments > Direct Debits
To set up a Direct Debit on your account, follow these 4 steps:
1.    Login to the customer portal
2.    Hover over the ‘Account’ menu and then click on ‘Account and Payment Settings’
3.    Click on ‘Add Bank Account’, this will then direct you to the Direct Debit Form
4.    Fill out the Direct Debit Form and click ‘Set up Direct Debit’. You will then shortly receive an email confirmation. Please note it can take up to 5 working days for the Direct Debit to set up.
