How do I upgrade my package

If you would like to upgrade your package, please contact us here or phone 0333 240 7997 as this can’t currently be done via the customer portal. When you upgrade you have two options: You can start your new package straight away and the cost can be pro-rated over the month or the new package can be added from the start of the next month and billed accordingly.
