I have no connection (wireless) - what do I need to do next

First check to see if the POE has Power. (The POE is usually located near your ASUS black hub. There should be a little black box that looks like a laptop charger with two cables one side and a power cable the other. The device also has a single light on top.) 

Please power off the POE by either pulling the power cable out or switch it off. Wait 15 seconds then power the device back up.

Power off your hub by switching off at the wall. (Please DO NOT press the reset button). Wait 15 seconds and then power the hub back up.
