Getting Connected
Step 1: Remove hub(s) from packaging. We advise you to retain all packaging in case the hub/s need to be returned
Step 2: Connect the power cable and plug your additional hub in to a socket next to your existing hub. This needs to be within 1m. Don’t worry, this won’t be its final position, it’s just while we get you set up
Step 3: Call 0333 240 7997 and ask to speak to one of our Total WiFi experts
Step 4: A member of our customer support team will walk you through the install process, this could take around 30 minutes, but we will make sure we’re as quick as possible. You may need a device with you to assist with the set-up, this could be a laptop, tablet or mobile phone
Step 5: Once the hub has been configured, you can place it in the property, where advised by the support team
