What happens if I move home/office

If you are a full fibre or wireless customer and our services are already available at your new property, we can simply move your service and equipment to the new property. For wireless customers we would need to charge a new installation fee to cover moving and setting up the dish. The existing contract term will continue.

If you are moving to an area in which we don’t currently have network then our standard terms and conditions of termination apply.
