Stampede by the Sea

Weldmar Hospicecare Learning Programme Partner

Stampede by the Sea is a unique and colourful eight week art trail coming to Bridport, West Bay and Lyme Regis in Spring 2025, helping to raise vital funds and awareness for Weldmar Hospicecare. A herd of around 50 very special elephants, each designed by a very talented artist, will be placed across the area to create the perfect fun and free activity for local families and visitors to the area.

Wessex Internet is also proud to support Weldmar Hospicecare as the leading Learning Programme Partner. This initiative is promoting the importance of health and wellbeing and helping children address the 'elephant in the room' when it comes to discussions around grief and death. Schools, youth organisations, and other places of learning have the opportunity to engage with the project by adopting their very own baby elephant!
