Wessex Internet wins ‘Customer Experience’ award

Local full fibre broadband provider, Wessex Internet, has beaten businesses from across the county of Dorset to win the ‘Customer Experience’ award at the 2023 Dorset Business Festival Awards, held on the night of 12th October 2023.

These awards, which are run by the Dorset Chamber, recognise excellence in the Dorset business community, with Wessex Internet’s award success demonstrating their commitment to providing exceptional customer experience to both new and existing customers.

Wessex Internet impressed judges with its combination of investment in technology to improve the customer experience and the friendly approach demonstrated by their customer facing teams. Judges also recognised the investment they are making in expanding and upgrading their network.
