FAQs

  • Do I need a phone line to get full fibre broadband?

No traditional copper phone line is required. Full fibre broadband reaches your property through modern fibre cables, which is ideal for homes across Hampshire and the New Forest. If you prefer a landline-style service, you can choose a digital phone option that works over your broadband connection.

  • How long does full fibre installation take in Hampshire?

Most installations in Hampshire villages and New Forest areas take around two hours. Our engineers visit your property, run the fibre cable, install the equipment and make sure everything is working before they leave.

  • Can I keep my current landline number?

Yes, if you choose our digital phone service. Many customers across the New Forest move their old landline number onto the new system during installation.

  • Can properties in rural Hampshire get full fibre broadband?

Coverage is growing rapidly. Many places across the New Forest, including Brockenhurst, Martin, Rockbourne and Damerham, are already connected. If you're unsure about your address, you can check your postcode or speak with our Dorset-based support team.
