I have no connection (fibre) - what do I need to do next

Help and Support > Broadband Issues > No broadband?
Firstly please check your hub.

If the internet light is on, power off the hub by switching off at the wall. (Please DO NOT press the reset button). Wait 15 seconds and then power the hub back up.

If the internet light is off, power off the box connected to the hub (usually a white box). Wait 15 seconds and then power the box back up.
