What is my billing period

Our billing period runs calendar monthly and the process will start around the 16th of the month. For all new customers, your first bill will be a partial month from install date. All existing customers will receive bills on the 1st of the month and the charges are for the current month. If you have purchased any additional data bundles or have out of plan usage, this will show on your next month's bill.
