What will happen if I press the reset button on my hub

If you are having problems with your connection, please do not press the reset button. This can cause your hub to return to its factory settings and become incompatible with your Wessex Internet broadband service. If this does happen, please give us a call and we can reconfigure your hub. Please note if this happens outside of our customer support hours, you may have to wait to get back online.
