Getting started
Click the button in your welcome email to activate your online account. Once set up, you can access your online account using the link in the email or by clicking here.
Setting up your password
When prompted, create a unique password of 10 or more characters. Once you’ve created your password you will be sent another email to verify your device.
Verify your device
The verification email will include a code you will need to enter to confirm it's you trying to sign-in on your device. Once you've entered the code you will be all good to go!

Easily view your contract including product, contract number and contract term under the My contract page.
View transactions
Track payments and activity at any time on the My billing page of your online account.
Download invoices
Access and save invoices whenever you need them by simply clicking the arrow icon on the right-hand side of each line under View.
Get support
Contact us easily through your online account if you have any questions about your broadband or account. Click Submit a new query on the Get in touch page, add details about your question or issue, and our Customer Support team will reply by phone or email.

What is the welcome email?
You will receive a Welcome to your online account! email which will require you to click on the green Get started button. Once you click this button, you will be taken to a Set your password page and prompted to create a unique password of 10 or more characters.

What are the password requirements?
The only requirements are that your password must have 10 characters or more.

I’ve clicked the button and it displays a ‘Code expired or used’ message- what do I do?
If you don’t click the Get started activation link within 72 hours of receiving the email, it will expire. If you need to request a new one, please call us on 0333 240 7997.

I’ve written my password and it hasn’t signed me in yet.
This is correct – so don’t worry! Once you have submitted your password, you will receive a verification email to your inbox. This email will include a code you will need to input to verify it's you.
