How do I sign up?

Fill out the referral form on this page with your neighbours referral code (their account number).
How long will it take to get installed?

Every scenario is different so we cannot state a set amount of time, but once your order is complete with our Sales team, you will then be contacted by our Customer Onboarding team that will be able to schedule an installation.
When do I get my voucher?

Your voucher will be emailed to you when you're installed and live. See the T&Cs for more information
Do I need a referral code?

Yes, to sign up with our Refer a Neighbour scheme you will need a referral code which is your neighbours, or the person who referred yous, account number.
