What is home broadband?

At Wessex Internet our home broadband is full fibre giving you the fastest and most reliable connection.

What broadband speed do I need?
Your required broadband speed will depend on a number of factors, including how many people will be using the internet at the same time and what the internet is being used for. For general use at home, anywhere between a 100 Mbps and 900 Mbps download speed is plenty. Find out more about which broadband speed is right for you here.

Which areas does Wessex Internet provide home broadband internet to?
Wessex Internet is a leading full fibre home broadband provider across Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Our network is expanding all the time, so if you want to find out whether we service your area, first search for your postcode.
However to be eligible for this 3 month free promotion, your property must be within one of the eligible communities. A full list is available in the terms and conditions in the section below.
